How Jump Higher

Have you been trying to jump higher with little or no progress?
Have you found yourself spending time thinking about the game you DON’T have lately?
Have you realized you’re missing the kind of athletic gains in your life that you know are possible?
If so…

Those extra inches to your vertical leap, muscle gain and pace around the court is much closer than you can imagine.

This could be the year that the results you have been wanting so bad is going to happen.
But…
Like most other athletes, the improvements, superiority and domination you strive for in your sport is just not going to happen.

Why?

Not because of a lack of talent.
Not because you don’t want it enough.
Not because you’re input is not good enough.
The stumbling block is something very different.

The most common pitfall is simply that athletes get lumbered with incorrect training principals. The biggest problem is that athletes often just don’t know what they are supposed to do in order to take their game to the next level…and keep it up. This results in many ineffective training hours with blood sweat and tears which leads to minimal improvements at best. This leads to heaps of frustration and perhaps even some potential stars quitting the the game.

Let me ask you…

1) Are you physically as good as you can be right now?

2) And did the last year bring you all the power over your competitors you hoped it would?

3) Or are you still struggling with how to put on muscle, how to gain quickness and strength… and how to push your vertical to the max?

4) Are you living your life to the fullest, and experiencing all your athletic potential that’s possible?

5) Or are you frustrated that all the hard work you put in has not given you the results you require?

I ask these questions for an important reason…
Because ,I bet you have spent many hours training and have gone through a hell of a lot of blood sweat and tears and have just not seen the results you were expecting…all because, as with most other athletes, you have been working with the WRONG TRAINING PRINCIPALS…

Now it is time that you realise you NEVER have to go through that again! I want to ensure that you have positive training experiences going into your future.

Are you happy to get some help with that?
Great!

Firstly you need to take a glance back at what you have been doing and try to see what it was that hampered your progress. It is a great learning experience to look back, be honest with yourself and try to identify what it is you have been doing and why it was not working.

You have the power to really and truly start creating exactly what it is you want from your body on the court right now. I need to ask you another question…and be blatantly honest with yourself when you answer.
Have you devised a plan on how you are going to achieve your goals on the court this year? Are you sure you are going to be able to play the game you want to and maintain it throughout the season? Or are you hoping somebody else is going to make it happen for you?

That ain’t gonna happen.

If there’s any time to sit back for a second, take stock of your game and set a new path for success… it’s RIGHT NOW.
Here are some of the tough questions you need to ask yourself if you’d like to create a better player for yourself this year…

1) Could you do a high speed 360 at any time you choose?

2) Can you best all of your competition?

3) Can you alley hoop when the pressure is on?

4) Are you completely in the zone at every game?

5) Do you know how to shoot a basketball with unvarying consistency?

6) Can you jump as high as your potential allows?

If you have not already answered yes to ALL of the questions above, it means you are making a few crucial mistakes that will hamper you to play the game you want to play in every game. Luckily you can now easily identify the mistakes you have been making and with a few adjustments in focus and form, start getting the gains you have been working so hard for. The only thing left is for you to decide…Am I willing to make a commitment to myself and my game this season?
